POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATE, Materials Science and Engineering, to join an interdisciplinary research team investigating ancient metallurgical processes, their impact on past societies, and how metals can be linked to ore deposits. The research effort aims to develop stable metal isotopes as tracers for past metallurgical processes and ore-forming processes. This project merges isotope geochemistry, economic geology, and experimental archaeology to better characterize ancient non-ferrous metallurgy.
